Dina Meyer was born and raised within Forest Hills Queens New York. When she was finishing the junior high school, she moved to Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. Her siblings include an older brother whose name is Gregory and a younger brother named Evan. Modeling was her first job within the business. It was her first job between the ages of nine and sixteen. Her acting education began in The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York and studied Sanford Meisner's techniques for acting along in conjunction with Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock has received the same training as Jeff Goldblum and Leslie Nielsen. She got her first part in the soap-opera Beverly Hills, 90210, which required her to move out to Los Angeles. After being offered the lead part on Johnny Mnemonic where she did most of the stunts on herself, she positioned her self as an actor that is physically fit. Her talent agent was also representing Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent, she was able to secure a role in the show Friends.
